What can this activity bring to our customers and how does it work?

We step into the construction or development project at the very beginning - this means from the intention of our customer to realize a project. Consequently, we discuss with our customer his / her ideas about the project in all its key aspects. Thence-forth we manage the full project on behalf of our customer whom we represent.

We select an appropriate engineer´s office, whose activities we coordinate and control on regular meetings from the beginning. From here we start with the optimization of the investment intention. We look for savings and efficient solutions while proposing technical and technological units. We constantly control and optimize all stages of the project documentation. Already at this stage we create significant financial savings to our customers. 

During the realization of the project documentation, we supervise, control and coordinate all activities related to ensuring all necessary permits. This coordination and supervision brings significant time and economical savings. 

We execute permitted and duly prepared construction and development projects from the investor´s intention until final building approval and commissioning. During construction we control and coordinate building inspectors, contractors and all of our customer’s participating business parties.

Also at this stage we persistently optimize the project, which brings our customer further savings. 

Within the scope of complex service during management of the investment intentions, we execute all activities which are necessary for the successful accomplishment of our investor´s investment.
